Hmmm....

Hmmm... there is a pinch in my shoulder that won't go away. I don't know if it's from teaching myself guitar, helping Kiri move in (YAY!), or all the stress from getting ComeTrue Records off the ground and booking this tour. Love and hate are so close. It's hard to be running a business with my "art", with something that reveals all my passion and longing from the deepest corners of my soul..but it's what I do... and today the physical and emotional exhaustion hits me hard. It's alright though. I will go out to a dark live music club in Brooklyn tonight and scout out musicians for the tour. I will sip on a glass of wine and curl up deep into my chair letting the music take me away for a little while; hoping that I will be able to come home and sleep well. The greatest things are often the hardest and I am ever grateful for it all. I get to see my family this weekend! That will be really nice.

Thanks for listening and being my muse. By the end of this week, all dates should be confirmed for the tour and by early next week we will have them up on the site. I believe that it is going to be incredible, and that we are going to have amazing people in every city to help us promote and make it a huge success. I truly believe this. With that faith, I am off to practice, to work-out, to practice some more, and then to sip my wine slowly and be inspired...with no responsibility but to listen.
